Director of Content

Are you interested in selling products that make a difference? Do you want to help healthcare work the way it should? MediQuire provides analytics and workflow tools to medical providers and payers allowing them to provide better quality of care to at-risk patients, while avoiding unnecessary medical costs. We have customers in 20+ state and are looking for a content visionary to help better establish our brand and advance our go-to-market strategy.


As the Director of Content, you will be responsible for MediQuire’s content strategy and how we approach the market, from thought leadership and brand messaging at the top of the marketing/sales funnel, all the way through showcasing customer success and honing value propositions to aid our sales team in closing new customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • The Director of Content will create, manage, execute on, and adjust as necessary the content creation strategy for MediQuire’s marketing and sales efforts, in coordination with our internal team as well as managing outside creative vendors. This content strategy encompasses:
  • Crafting the content calendar for top-of-the funnel content that builds brand awareness/legitimacy and establishes MediQuire as a thought leader in value-based care
  • Managing the MediQuire external-facing website
  • Creating customer-success content showcasing our customers, including written case studies and video testimonials
  • Creating sales-support content/collateral such as product one-pagers and sales decks
  • Writing content that can function as lead capture mechanisms for future inbound marketing efforts (i.e. downloadable whitepapers behind a paywall, blog posts that would encourage prospects to sign up for our newsletter)
  • Aid our CEO in efforts to write bylines for media publications to get MediQuire’s name in front of prospective customers and employees

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years editorial/content experience, preferably in a B2B and/or healthcare role
  • Ability to produce clear, concise copy across a number of different formats/mediums
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding and mastery of how to use and repackage content across different platforms and channels
  • Some experience with design tools (i.e. PhotoShop, inDesign) is a plus but not required
  • Some experience with marketing automation tools (i.e. Hubspot, Marketo, etc…) is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lead and influence in house and external resources
