Director of Operations

MediQuire provides analytics and workflow tools to medical providers and payers, allowing them to provide better quality of care to at-risk patients, while avoiding unnecessary medical costs. We have customers in 20+ states and are looking for an operations guru who can oversee our partnerships and coordinate internal teams and processes to ensure our clients are getting the value they should from MediQuire.


As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for all customer implementations and operations, as well as internal coordination and management. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work on multiple workstreams simultaneously, clear and effective communication, and highly effective project management. As Director of Operations, you not only will make sure MediQuire’s clients are consistently satisfied but you will also ensure the right processes are in place internally to enable MediQuire’s continued rapid growth.    

Main Responsibilities

The Director of Operations is responsible for three key activity areas. First, you will project manage customer implementations by coordinating across product, engineering, and product marketing to ensure on time and high-quality customer delivery. Second, will communicate with client senior leadership to provide progress updates and elicit feedback, as well as to solve any project implementation or operations issues. Third, you will track key internal performance indicators and design new operational processes to drive productivity within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of trained project management and/or consulting experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Experience managing projects to on-time deliveries and within budget
  • Experience working closely with product and technical teams
  • Ability to create client-ready Excel and PowerPoint deliverables
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to produce clear, concise copy across a number of different formats/mediums
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead and influence in house and external resources
